Club Career
Noh Rahman began his professional career in 1997 with Geylang United in the Singapore S-League. Throughout his time at Geylang United, he established himself as one of the most senior and consistent players in the team, playing primarily as a right-back but also taking up roles in defensive midfield and center-back when required.
His impressive performances with the club earned him the vice-captaincy role, and after more than a decade with Geylang United, Noh moved to Sengkang Punggol in 2009, seeking new challenges. This transfer saw him reunite with former teammates Aide Iskandar and Amos Boon.
In 2010, Noh returned to Singapore Armed Forces FC, where he spent a further two years, before moving on to Home United from 2013 to 2016. His final professional club was Tampines Rovers, where he played during the 2016-2017 season before retiring from active play.

Noh Rahman made his debut for the Singapore national team in 2001 during a friendly match against Thailand. He gained prominence in the 2002 World Cup qualifiers, where he was called up to replace the injured Lim Tong Hai. Despite an unfortunate knee injury that hindered his performances during the 2002 Tiger Cup, Noh’s career quickly recovered, and he became a key figure for the Lions in subsequent competitions.
Noh played a crucial role in Singapore’s triumphs in the 2004 and 2007 ASEAN Football Championships, helping secure back-to-back titles.
